Shipping Terms

At BloomAstra, we offer FREE shipping on all orders! We know you want your BloomAstra products as soon as possible, in which case you can opt for our 24hr express shipping! We also offer COD and gift wrapping services. If you would like extra discreet or expedited delivery, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accomodate your request. Once your order has been picked up by our 3rd party delivery partners, you will receive a text/email. You can always track your order using your order number, or reach out to info@bloomastra.com for more help.

Shipping Timelines

We try to send shipments out as soon as possible. In most cases it takes:

- 24 business hours for order preparation (for prepaid orders)

- 1-3 business days for order delivery to major metro cities

- 5-7 business days for non-metro cities 

This may be differ based on your pincode, and can be impacted by external delays. We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier, depending on your location. Metro cities usually take less time, while remote locations may take longer. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

Returns Policy

We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen.

Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. 

If you would like to raise a return / refund request: 

Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or video. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs (Rs.75 for initial shipment and Rs. 150 for return shipment and processing).

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on purchases made through our website, please ensure you order exactly what you need. If you have any questions about the product, please refer our FAQs column or contact us on info@bloomastra.com

Late / Unacceptable Returns And Exchanges

If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt, your item may not be eligible for return/refund.
The return will be denied or rejected if the product is found used or opened, or the seal has been tampered with.

What Do I Get When I Return A Product?

You will either get a refund amount (less shipping costs) back to the original payment method you used or a gift card in the form of store credit. You can specify which you would prefer.

How Long Does It Take To Get A Refund?

Once your returned item has been received at our fulfillment center, it will be checked by our quality team. If the return is approved, we will let you know (via email). Please allow up to 15 days from the day we approve a returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement, provided your order hasn't shipped. If your order ships before it can be canceled, you're welcome to initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened.
